Do not automatically run search when map pans

Acceptance Criteria

• DESKTOP - If map is unmoved, have a CTA in the top right corner of the map that allows you to activate "update on move" mode
• DESKTOP - If map is moved (and the user hasn't checked the CTA), the CTA changes to allow for "Redo Search in Map"
• MOBILE - Map never updates on move, user much click CTA to redo the search
• MOBILE - CTA appears on map-move above the list and share buttons. It should be rounded like the others buttons, and stretch the width of the screen
• BOTH - After search, the map zoom is updated to show all results on the screen

Is there only reason for doing this ticket scalability? If scalability was not a concern (assume infinite scalability) would be be doing this ticket still?
