Mobile Swipeable UX on the Test Center List #401
Description
We want to open/close swiping mechanics to the UX of the Test Results list.
Acceptance Criteria
- Swiping icon is locked to the top of test results, and is still visible when scrolling
- Scrolling down the list (dragging your thumb up the list) pulls the results up to the top to be full-list-view, no matter where your thumb is
- Clicking on the result will open the list up to full-list-view
- Users can drag down the list by swiping down the top swipe-icon
- Map and List view buttons remain visible
