following the precedent established in #5 (LIBDRAM source release for mainline U-Boot) I would like to request the GPL-licensed bootloader and DRAM initialization sources for the sun50iw12p1 (H713) SoC family, specifically for the h713_tuna_p3 board configuration used in shipping Android 11 firmware (Linux kernel 5.4.x, Allwinner Longan BSP).
