Hi, thanks for reporting — I can see how that's confusing.

What you're seeing are two separate Safari extensions that the app ships:

1. Trackless Links Pro — the main extension (removes trackers, handles redirects, etc.)
2. Trackless Links — a content blocker that hides cookie consent banners

Safari always shows them as separate entries. The problem is just the naming — it's not obvious that the second one is the consent blocker.

In version 4.2.3 I'm renaming it to "Trackless Links — Consent Blocker" so it's clear what each one does. Both should be enabled for the full experience.
