Conformance tests script doesn't download nodejs when using Singularity

Hi,

I tried running the conformance tests on BSC MareNostrum5 but I had to install nodejs on my micromamba env as it didn't download a container for nodejs like happens with cwltool -- and I assume toil too, as I didn't have to install it.
