Implement simple CLI

Create a simple CLI that allows user to input: data set folder path or URL & exporting path. Then simply output the removed background images.

Hello @jordanglean, this may be of concern if I would be releasing the project publicly as of now, however I am still working on finishing it.

When the project is done, I will add this feature to allow others to run such programs easily. I will leave this issue open until I finish the project
