[REQUEST] OpenAPI specification?

Statement of purpose
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that this is an API feature request and not a Marvin feature request. For a Marvin feature request I would use Product Board.

It would be great if we had an OpenAPI spec for the Marvin API. Would the team be open to me submitting a PR with a first go at one?
