Parsing error: T1_GMT, invalid date format value: YYYYMMDDhhmmssZ

I am trying to create EBTS file with from the sample files - EBTS9.1_ENUS.txt and finger8.bmp.
I am using Android app with the libraries.
I am getting this error message:
**Parsing error: T1_GMT, invalid date format value: YYYYMMDDhhmmssZ**

How can I fix it? Thank you
