Track: Submit Adspirer plugin to openai/plugins official directory

Goal

Get Adspirer listed in the official Codex plugin directory at openai/plugins, so users can install directly from /plugins in Codex without a marketplace add command.

Current Status

Plugin is built and working. PR is blocked on collaborator access.

✅ Done

• Plugin installed and working via codex plugin marketplace add amekala/ads-mcp
• Plugin appears in Codex /plugins browser under Adspirer marketplace tab
• Forked openai/plugins → branch add-adspirer-plugin ready to merge
• 10 files: .codex-plugin/plugin.json, .mcp.json, 5 skills, 2 assets, marketplace entry
• Modeled on plugins/cloudflare/ (only other HTTP MCP plugin in the official directory)
• Diff confirmed clean: openai/plugins@main...amekala:plugins:add-adspirer-plugin

🔲 Blocked

• openai/plugins restricts PRs to collaborators only — all 123 plugins were submitted by OpenAI employees (vb-openai, ashwinm-oai, etc.)
• Need OpenAI DevRel to either: (a) grant collaborator access, or (b) submit the PR on our behalf

Competitive Context

• Windsor.ai is already listed — same category (marketing data), read-only, no skills, uses ASDK connector
• Adspirer is more capable: full campaign management, 5 skills, HTTP MCP (175+ tools)

• Apply for ASDK app ID (like Windsor.ai has: asdk_app_694a52cfaa3c819192bea84eaa254968)
