recursive processing

Hi,

I was wondering about the possibility of adjusting astataudit to allow for recursive processing of directories within directories, etc. We're operating with nested BagIt bags, and it'd be fantastic if we could process at a higher level and direct the astataudit output to a chosen QC directory.
