blue-button-gen-fhir prevents deployment #785

After deploying with Ansible, pm2 logs show the following:
server-0 (err): Error: EACCES, open 'log/blue-button-gen-fhir.log'

To correct the problem, you must create the dir and file, then chmod 777 on the log file.
