Remote ui failed to start : Connection refused [Process exited 1]

Describe the bug

This is not a corner case, it is normal functionality and always reproducible. Just Start using RemoteStart and try to connect using exiting config.

System information

• Your local OS: Ubuntu 24.04.2
• Local Neovim version: v0.11.2
• Remote host OS (if applicable): Rocky 9.5
• Remote Neovim version (if applicable): 0.9.5

I would need more details to debug this. I would need the error logs or stack trace to know what's happening!
