Rewrites the kickoff prompt for a fresh session. Records what actually landed (ef5fe51..011afed), what is measured vs argued, and the open issues in priority order. The important carry-forwards: * Step 4 (Mac <-> Windows LAN match) is the next thing and the only remaining unknown that matters. SimID is verified compatible on all four tier-1 fields, wire packing agrees (sizeof(LANMessage)=471 both sides), and archive sets are now identical - so a desync can no longer be blamed on mismatched data and points at floating point. * The iPad is needed for the LOBBY (blocker 6), not for the math: Mac<->iPad is bit-identical, so if Mac<->Windows holds, iPad<->Windows follows for free. Two-peer success does NOT imply three-peer; the lobby keys on IP. * Task ammaarreshi#5 stays open deliberately. The four retail checkpoints almost certainly do not need re-deriving - dataID was unchanged, so every prefix of the byte stream is too - but that is an argument, not a measurement, and the doc says so rather than closing it. * Seven traps written down, including the two that cost the most: DEBUG_LOG is compiled out in every shipping preset, and the SimID source digest includes a dirty-file overlay so builds from dirty trees look like platform divergences.
