Change ZEIT Now to Vercel

Hello,

A few weeks ago, we rebranded to Vercel: https://vercel.com/blog/zeit-is-now-vercel. A few of our users reported the "ZEIT GitHub action" present in the GH store was not renamed accordingly.

Since this package is not maintained by Vercel officially, given that we want to keep improving our official git integration tools, I am writing here to request the following changes:

• "ZEIT Now" should be renamed to "Vercel".
• "ZEIT" can be renamed to "Vercel".
