[BUG] Improving the design of the Footer with social icons and links

🐞 Describe the bug

The Footer is having old looking User Interface ad degrading the User Experience of overall website. The Footer is one of the major component of any website or the application. The footer will have all the links which are important for the recognition and navigation to different pages.

Please assign this issue to me as i wanted to work on the UI/UX improvements of the website or application. Please assign this issue to me under @GSSOC2025.

2. Scroll Down to bottom
