I might need some help from PIC / Edd to transfer all the sims.

This was a bit of a pain when going from DiRAC to Hypatia. The transfer lasted so long and involved so many files that it kept being interrupted by disruption to Hypatia or DiRAC. And then when you restart it, the amount of print output makes it very difficult to gauge how far along the transfer has gone. I might suggest breaking the Aus20 up into smaller chunks instead of doing the whole thing at once like I did, it would make it a lot easier to track your progress. I did it using an rsync within a screen on Hypatia's headnode.

Hi @Chris-Pedersen - thanks, this seems like a good idea. I might rsync each of the pairs one by one, maybe in groups of 3. I will wait a few days before contacting the IT guys of both clusters about the transfer.
