Fairy Tree

Fairies are fruit.* The fairy tree, in the region known as LondonBerry, blooms and a spout of fairylings emerges. They mature and are eventually strong enough to reach their new home, Cloud Town, built in the sky by the fairies. When the fairy tree dies (leaving an actual dead tree behind,) fairies from all over Town World gather there for a funeral. They then drop seeds into a newly chosen and prepared spot where a new tree will eventually grow. Fairies are not much for physical labor, generally*, so they’ve usually had some kind of help in the preparation. The dragons used to do it, but the flower-heads have no interest.
