clouds of material that balance in the atmosphere of Town World ...the clouds are repulsed by the ground, keeping the town aloft.

It is actually anti-gas, a form of anti-matter. It only anihilates it's EXACT opposite, which is not found in superspace, thus it is inert and simply repels normal matter (including breathable air!)

The anti-gas is used by Characters:Bill the Computer to manipulate the weather on TW.

Cloud material (stubbornly floaty stuff you can actually lie around on in the sky) comes from a volcano. I just don’t know where it is yet….
