Walking fairy who prepared for the new Fairy Tree in LondonBerry when all the dragons had gone: see Zabaster's Funeral. Although she is often described as one of the Wingfolk, this isn't really correct. She could never fly, and Cloud Town still floated merrily above, disaster-free for the most part.
