Feat - motion canvas `path` component

Since motion motion canvas is essentially dead and this is the only animation framework using and supporting Svelte, It would be really nice to implement this feature: https://motion-canvas-docs.vercel.app/docs/path

Svelte has a draw transition for animating SVG paths — I think we could also add morph effects and animating objects along a path like in the Motion Canvas example.
