Warning in install.packages : package ‘EBImage’ is not available (for R version 3.4.4)

have tried to install the EBImage package i am getting the error ! can anyone plz solve my issue with some solution....................

i tried with devtools to install the package but i could not ?
can anyone plz help me out ?
