Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' cannot be loaded

i have got this error while i am trying to connect the mysql database with r studio

(In the above video it has given complete information how to resolve the issue.
note: you dont get mysql window in command prompt in windows please check the bin and lib paths in the system variable which will be in the system property environment variables.

after adding the bin and lib paths to the path in environment variable you can pass the lines in the cmd is
mysql -u username -p
enter your password: enter your password
it will go to the mysql terminal
