Fails Launching run.bat due to `asia.wows-numbers.com` API respose.

Cannot launch run.bat due to error of this point.

It's seems like https://asia.wows-numbers.com/ja/personal/rating/expected/json/ checks browser and create session and browser less request is rejected with 403.

I got it.

It seems the site of "asia.wows-numbers.com" starts using CloudFlare as a CDN and use basic DDoS protection functionality.
My app is rejected by this functionality.

After succeeded first downloading of expected.json, wows-stats-plus creates backup copy file of expected.json named "expected_stable.json". When failed downloading json, wows-stats-plus uses this copy json file if exist. But it can not update json data when failed.

We need revise the method for json downloading as follows.

This changing needs long time to implement correctly.

As temporal, download json file manually and set it as "expected.json" and "expected_stable.json" at "static\js" before execute run.bat file please.

I suggest you puppeteer to download this json by real-browser.
