Add hints is buggy

It seems like I have to add the hint, click update question, and refresh multiple times before the hint actually saves.

It seems that if I click on the Admin link, then a topic, and then add/edit hints, the bug doesn't happen.

It seems to only happen if I am working within a topic and adding or editing a number of hints in a row.
