Add table row click actions to post management

When looking at a list of completed posts, it should be possible to click on the title of the post to open it to read. It's annoying having to click on the three dots, since the expectation is that I can click on the title and something will happen.

Ideal behaviour would be: open a read-only view of a completed post when clicking on the title; open a read-only view of a post in progress when one is not the author; open the edit mode of a post in progress when one is the author.
