Standard library search

There should be some page where you can type in your function name and get a list of hits for functions in the standard library. Ideally, something like Hoogle, but at first only for functions in the standard library searched by name.

I think we could feed the search index with name info for all the terms in a project, I mean, @janmasrovira added this info to the highlight output of the compiler, as far as I remember.
