UI/UX Overhaul: Main Menu, Layout, Add/Search Consolidation & Navigation Improvements

Overview

Revamp the overall UI/UX of the "Ultimate To-Do List" application for clarity, simplicity, and efficiency based on the following goals:

1. Analyze Current Structure and Features

• Review and document all existing features and structure of the project to identify improvement areas.

2. Revamp Main Menu Navigation

• Update the main menu to prominently showcase:
  • To Do List
  • Calendar
  • Kanban
  • Pomodoro (add as a new section/menu item)

3. Consolidate 'Add Item' Functionality

• Move all "Add Item" flows into a unified section/component.

4. Reorganize Search Section

• Position the "Search Items" section immediately following the "Add Item" section.

5. Layout Reordering

• New order for the main page components:
  • Title
  • Menu
  • Add Item
  • Search
  • To Do List content

6. Remove Redundant Elements & Improve Navigation

• Audit UI for and remove duplicates or outdated widgets.
• Streamline the navigation process to ensure a smoother user experience when switching between sections.

Deliverables

1. Implementation of all above UI/UX changes.
2. Before/after screenshots demonstrating updates.
3. Documentation of changes and navigation improvements.
4. List of redundant components removed.
