Scroll to Top Button Not Visible

Description

The Scroll to Top button is currently not visible on the website. Even after scrolling down the page, the button does not appear on the screen, which makes it impossible for users to quickly navigate back to the top.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open the website/app.
• Scroll down the page.
• Observe that the Scroll to Top button does not appear.

Expected Behavior

The Scroll to Top button should become visible after scrolling down and should remain fully within the viewport, allowing users to click it easily.

Actual Behavior

The button is either:

• Not rendering at all, or
• Positioned outside the visible screen area.
