Does not show as an addon in 2.91.0

I wanted to start by thanking the developers of this add-on. A wonderful contribution to blender/KiCad

I'm needing to export a model for a PCB that I'm designing and have tried all sorts of methods to export a wrml/STEP file without success. I was hopeful that this would get me there. I have added the plugin to the add-ons directory and restarted blender, but do not find it in the add-ons preference

Should this Add-On work with Blender 2.91.0?

Also doesn't work with 2.83.5. Still have to export to .x3d and then convert to .wrl with meshlab.
