DC Power Tree as a SIwave table

This code was originally shared by @felipeescastro. The main purpose is to provide the DC Power Tree jpg output as a table, so as to prevent an element number limit.

Code needs to be run from the 'Run Code' options in SIwave Tools since it is still based in IronPython.

resultsFilePath needs to be a .ced file, found in the .siwaveresults folder AFTER performing the 'generate Power Tree report' in SIwave.
