Remove old Mimi syntax #3

It looks like there is some old Mimi syntax floating throughout these files. For instance, each component has something like module radiativeforcingcomponent. Also, the main model file ("sneasy.jl") has code like addcomponent(m, doeclimcomponent.doeclim, :doeclim).
