Download URLs in results csv file don't work

Hi!
Not sure if this is the correct place for this issue, but here it goes:
I did a query search in the database site and could download the results in a csv file successfully.
However the download urls in the csv all seem incorrect, when I tried to download the BGC files I got an "error: Not found" message.
Any idea what could be happening?
