Yank doesn't do anything

Hi there,

When I'm reading a json file using fx file.json and navigate to a field and press yy (or any of the other yank commands), nothing happens.
I'm using fx version 35.0.0 and I'm on Ubuntu 22.04.
xclip is installed.

Using P and copying by selecting the text does work, but I'd prefer to use the yank commands.

Any suggestions? Or any suggestions how I can debug this?

fx uses this https://github.com/antonmedv/clipboard for yy.
