Initial compute engine demonstrator

Incorporate https://github.com/thanhnl2004/Analysis-Pod here to demonstrate a basic compute vault.

Ideally I want to be able to tap a button in Health POD and then underneath to give permission for a compute vault to access my data, do some analysis, and return a result. The project completed by thanl2004 demonstrated accessing blood pressure data to a compute vault and then returning some analyses and data for plots.

We will then link into the new newspod app to perform some LLM interactions over the news.
