When sorting by rating, personal rating should override TMDB rating

Description

Currently when sorting by rating the TMDB rating is used. Override this rating in the sorting if there is a personal rating for the video.

Why

So that as a user I can increase or decrease the rating the TMDB has to have my prefered movies higher in the list, irrespective of the TMDB rating. If I have not provided a rating then it defaults to the TMDB rating.

Closing Crieria

Checklist for closing the issue:

• Order by rating overrides TMDB ratings with my ratings where I have provided one.

Alternatives

THe current rating only seems to rate by TMDB rating.
