LIST: use common icon for multi select

Describe the Bug

Currently the icon is different for owner's and externally owned notes.

• Make select note icon the same for both note types.

Whilst delete action may be disallowed for externally owned , the select icon should be the same.

• Perhaps the delete icon could appear in inactive/disabled mode if an externally owned note is selected
