replace `viuer` with `ratatui-image`

https://github.com/ratatui/ratatui-image seems to be more relevant and actively maintained than https://github.com/atanunq/viuer

Is this currently a priority? I looked into it and the migration seems non-trivial — viuer renders directly to the terminal while ratatui-image is a widget-based approach, which would require reworking the layout and image rendering logic. Happy to take it on if it's needed, just want to confirm before diving in

@sakashimaa thanks for looking into this. To answer your other question, it's not priority because this is more enhancement than bug fixing but it's a nice thing to do given viuer is not maintained
