Describe the bug

The ASF blog publishing system has changed somehow

Instead of our blog going to https://datafusion.apache.org/blog/

It is being published to https://datafusion.blog.apache.org/

To Reproduce

https://datafusion.apache.org/blog/ lost all recent content (while I was trying to fix things)

https://datafusion.blog.apache.org/ has all the new content (but since the URLs changed, the display looks all messed up as the links to the various css fils

Expected behavior

The blog should

1. Reflect all the latest content
2. if the url moves to https://datafusion.blog.apache.org/, then we should automatically redirect everyone to https://datafusion.blog.apache.org/

I think I finally figured it out and the blog is now back working correctly

It took a combination of fixing the .asf.yaml file and some rewrite rules, but with a combination of these two changes I think we are back in business (I have deployed these changes manually, so there is no rush on the reviews)
