[UI]: Emojis in documentation

While reading the docs I noticed that emojis are included in some of the sections. Which makes the section look unprofessional from the other.
And also somewhere the title is same but the emojis are different. Which makes it unprofessional.

It's just a opinion of mine because while reading docs I found out emojis to be eye hurdling.

Let me know what you think, if they should be removed for the better readability of the site, or are they okay ?

Could you remove emoji from docs dir in https://github.com/apache/fory/, and then remove emoji from docs and i18n dir in fory-site ? We could reserve emoji in readme and blogs currently
