Permissions lost when using attachedOutputs

When attachedOutputs are specified, if the attached files have exec permissions that permission will be lost when restoring from cache.

I believe this is a limitation inherent to zip (the archive used to keep attachedOutputs).

Would it be possible to switch the archive to tar -p? Not sure how important the compression is as a feature but at the very least make it configurable per attached output?

While this issue is about permissions, PR #387 addresses a related ZIP archive limitation: timestamp preservation.

Both issues stem from limitations in how the extension's ZIP implementation handles file metadata:

• This issue (Permissions lost when using attachedOutputs #214): File permissions not preserved
• PR Fix timestamp preservation when extracting cached files #387: File/directory timestamps not preserved

The timestamp fix in PR #387 modifies CacheUtils.zip() and CacheUtils.unzip() to properly handle directory timestamps. A similar approach could potentially be used to preserve file permissions using ZIP's external file attributes, though that would require additional work.

Apparently, ZipArchiveInputStream is not reading unix permissions upon extraction (known limitation). Switched to using ZipFile and permissions are now preserved upon extraction. I did not notice significant performance difference on a 4gb multi-module "restore from build cache" build
