I was personally ... shocked to see the slug "open-semantic-interchanges-specs-finalized" in this URL... I guess this is finalized as 1.0... pretty shocking given I feel like there were a lot of open questions still... some of them pretty foundational. |
Yes, it is stable. However a next version of the spec is in progress and it may contain some breaking changes. We will make sure to update the version number depending on the scope of changes. |

Actually never mind, I will reopen it , so it continues to show in the discussions list and is available for others to see. My intention was to close it as "Answered" but that does not seem like an option for github discussion with type "General" |

Quick question: The Spec in https://github.com/open-semantic-interchange/OSI/blob/main/core-spec/spec.md says version 1.0.
Is this considered to be the stable 1.0 or still WIP?
