Problems encountered when running runner.py

When running runner.py, the problem shown in the picture occurred. My cuda version is 12.3, running on the Ubuntu platform.

Same here. Fixed now.

It should be your env is not well set, consider use docker image from NVIDIA official one, so you can have cuSPARSE etc properly configured.
