Installing not completed, prerequisites cannot be downloaded nor unmarked

I'm trying to install Aptana Studio version 3.7.2.201807301111 (Latest as of today, june 21 2024), but it demands for me to install Java (1.6.0 or higher) from a link that doesn't work, image for reference:

After obviously failing, it prompts me to disable the prerequisites download, but I can't do it because it is mandatory, image for reference:
