Hello, you have quite a few options to initialize Stripo.

Do you have any typescript definitions for this?

I created some types for anyone else who might be looking for them.

The definitions include Stripo, StripoApi, StripoInitOptions and other related object interfaces.

These are fairly complete and they include even the undocumented StripoApi members.
