Some of these may be done already.
- fix marks factory and wasmx-js
- determine IP automatically for self when creating app.toml & print the full peer ID for sharing
- update IP for node - test
- store same wasmbin -> same codehash -> should not create another code
- events - check address! important events for core contracts check that address (emitter) has the proper role
