Freepbx registration failling

I get an error message on starting addon

From asterisk side, which is running on same network (different subnet), I get:
WARNING[71985] res_pjsip_registrar.c: AOR '' not found for endpoint 'HomeAssistant' (192.168.X.X:5060)

Any clue what can be the issue?

404 means usually that the SIP user could not be found.

I am sure that user/pass are correct on the FreePBX extension. I also used "" for the username (which is the phone number) but still same situation.
Can you share an example asterisk endpoint/add-on configuration so to be sure that it is not from FreePBX/Asterisk side the problem?

I can't, because I never used Asterisk. So if a Asterisk user sees this, please post an example!
