As can happen in open source projects, the source repository vanished (valhalla/valhalla-docker). In this case, Mapzen decided to delete its valhalla/valhalla-docker repo and replace it with a new one called valhalla/docker. The new version has some positive attributes, but it also significantly changes the workflow. Most important, the type of input data has changed (from preprocessed OSM protobuffer data to post-processed Mapzen-flavored vector tiles).
