< Ubuntu 24.04, Debian 13 breakage

Upstream Immich added requirement of extism-js, which is built on Ubuntu 24.04 with Glibc 2.39.

Anything lower than Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian 13 currently doesn't work as extism-js install script fails:

> extism-js dist/index.js -i src/index.d.ts -o dist/plugin.wasm

extism-js: /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.39' not found (required by extism-js)
 ELIFECYCLE  Command failed with exit code 1.

This needs to be fixed:

@arter97 i just saw your PR, yesterday I comment in extism/js-pdk#118, I successfully compile it but just by touching the publish workfow (see here https://github.com/ewilly/js-pdk/blob/branch_v1.5.1/.github/workflows/publish.yml)
