We want a synth that combines all the Tone.js Synths.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create <OmniSynth />
• Start with one Osc and provide all types
• Add Output Gain (PFUI Knob)
• Add Polyphony
• Add Chords
• Add MidiTracks with different settings
• Fetch/Mutate settings
• Show in InstrumentPortal
