Mint From Wikidata Tool Issue

For the past few days, every single time I successfully mint an entity from Wikidata, it populates with no Name and many other blank properties, and cannot be searched in Artsdata. The solution that works immediately, in every case, is to employ the refresh feature. The first time it happened, I thought it was a fluke. But, it is not.

To demonstrate, here's a freshly minted item:

1. No duplicates, ready to mint.

2. Minted items look like this every time, whether organization, place, or person! They cannot be searched in Wikidata.
